How does ordering work?
Each week we publish a cooking day batch: a set of dishes with a delivery date and an order cutoff. Browse the menu, add meals to your cart, and place your order before the cutoff. After payment confirmation we cook and deliver on the scheduled day.
How do I pay?
Payment is by Russian bank transfer: SBP (fast transfer by phone number) or manual bank card transfer. After placing your order you will see the payment details and your order number to use as reference. Once we confirm receipt we mark your order as paid.
Which areas in Ufa do you deliver to?
We deliver across Ufa. Enter your address at checkout and we will confirm coverage. For addresses outside our current zone, use in-app chat and we can often arrange delivery directly.
Do you accommodate dietary requests and allergies?
Yes. Add special instructions in your order (spice level, no onions, allergen notes). Our kitchen reviews every note before prep. For severe allergies please also contact us in in-app chat before ordering.
